RkMobWaiter3: Mobile Solution for Restaurant Waiters
RkMobWaiter3 is a mobile application designed for full-service restaurants that require efficient and speedy tableside ordering. Developed by UCS, a leading Russian software developer for the hospitality and entertainment industry, RkMobWaiter3 is a modern mobile solution that allows waiters to take orders directly at the guest's table using a portable terminal and transmit them online to the R-Keeper system.
The waiter's electronic notepad allows orders to be entered into the R-Keeper system quickly and accurately, eliminating the need to transfer information from a paper notepad to a waiter station. This solution significantly reduces the time it takes to receive and process orders, increases service speed, and table turnover.
The terminal works via WiFi and is ideal for restaurant patios or halls where it is difficult to lay cables for a stationary terminal. The "paging" function in the RkMobWaiter3 app allows the guest to call the waiter using a button on the table and also to send short messages to the waiter from other restaurant staff.
